Update
The third-party vendor has acknowledged the recurrence of the issue and has a fix ready to be deployed. They are also adding additional capacity on their end to handle a high inflow of requests.

Our cloud and communication providers have identified the issue and are working on recovery. Until recovery is complete service will continue to be degraded.

Our cloud and communication provider are experiencing issues. Ring.io Web Phone connectivity is intermittent. We are working on mitigating the effects of this disruption. Majority of the phone calls should still go through
